First off - thank you for attending my workshop. I'm so stoked that you guys came through. I had a great time with you, and I'm hoping you did too.
Second: This page is here to help me find out how you experienced the workshop. So if you have a couple of minutes, I'd appreciate it!
I did my best at this year's workshops. I wanted them to be really good. I tried super hard to make sure that the venues were something different than the usual wedding venues. Overall, I'm stoked with how it went down. In hindsight, I feel like Day 2 might have been too dense. The time management stuff isn't specifically photo related, so I'll probably yank that out. In both PTA and CPT, Day 2 ran all the way to 6:30, and we were all MOEG by that time. Haha.
I want to be a better teacher, and I want my workshops to be even better in the future. The only way I can do that is if you tell me what you thought of the workshop - the good AND the bad. None of this information will be seen by anyone except myself.
If you'd be so kind as to fill out the form below to let me know how you found the workshop, I'd appreciate that.
As promised, here's a link to where you can download the presentations I used throughout the workshop. I'd REALLY appreciate it if you kept this to yourself, otherwise the people I COULD be teaching in the future won't come to my workshops. My contract is also included. I supplied the presentations in PDF format.
I don't know if you'll remember this, but I mentioned on Day 2 that I had a whole section on Time Management, both in your personal life, and in your business. I chose to cut that section, because I didn't think we'd have time. I've attached that section to the end of the Day 2 presentation. None of it will really make much sense, though. I would highly, HIGHLY suggest you book a 1-on-1 with me so that we can go over this stuff. Proper Time Management did more for my life as a human, and as a business owner than any other tool. So do it!
And then, just a couple more things:
- I would ENCOURAGE YOU to use the images to shot at the workshop for your portfolio, as well as for your social media marketing. Those images are yours - use them to generate work for yourself!
- As mentioned before - I'd really appreciate it if you sent some images through to me. Some of you have already sent me some of your images, and I've LOVED receiving them. It's so great to look at what you guys managed to shoot on the day. I'll be throwing a blog post together with some of those shots soon. I've been wanting to do it sooner, but I've been so busy.
- Furthermore, if you happened to shoot some Behind-the-scenes type shots, I would REALLY appreciate those too. I hardly got any BTS stuff from these workshops.
Should you post on social media, here are the names of the models, venue, etc. You can literally copy/paste this to your posts:
Models: @missymakeupartist &
Lighting Assistant: @warroll_photography
Models: @Tehillahjakkals & @skillieskil
if you could #ettventerworkshops on these, that would be great!
